Eric introduced me to how the practice of mindfulness leads to a quiet cumulative experience of inner peace, resilience and the first steps to finding the happiness we have buried within ourselves. Finding and living in happiness is a continuous life-long exercise, and only an effective and advanced teacher can instill the faith needed to sustain and enjoy the journey. Eric was that teacher, and I am grateful for the experience. I would recommend Eric to anyone who have genuinely realized there is an immediate and important need for compassion and happiness to pervade their lives.

Going through the process of medical retirement from Law Enforcement has been one of the hardest times in my life. Being a cop is so much more than just a job, it’s a way of life and it has provided me a strong sense of purpose, identity and pride. To have that ripped out from under me was overwhelming. I was struggling daily with anxiety and feelings of anger, guilt and sadness. I was having trouble sleeping and relating to my family. I realized I needed help dealing with these feelings and my new reality.
Being a medically retired officer himself, Eric was immediately able to relate to what I was going through. He understood the root cause of all the feelings I was having and customized a plan for me. Eric provided me with practical exercises and helped me to stop clinging to the past and worrying about the future. Within three weeks of working with Eric, I started feeling relief. I was sleeping better and was able to engage with my family in a more positive way. I was able to stop feeling sorry for myself. As a result, the anxiety and anger subsided and for the first time in a while, I felt present in my own life.
The best part about working with Eric is his straightforward and compassionate approach. Eric gives you the tools and teaches you how to use them. Eric understands all the tricks the brain plays on you when things don’t go the way you planned or the way you think they should. I strongly recommend Eric to anyone struggling with unexpected life change or simply wanting to break through the weight of the past or the uncertainty of what lies ahead.

I reached out to Eric to inquire about his services of "mindfulness meditation" and coming from a behavioral background myself, I had been DBT trained, yet I had no idea what I was getting myself into, until after my first 30 minute session. Everything I thought I knew about myself; why I was who I was, why I reacted the way I did to situations etc, all of it was rewired and I began to truly see myself for the first time as an adult.
Each assignment I was given, scared me in some way. It made me realize how much time I wasted complaining, wishing, trying to change others and myself to fit some expectation, all the while driving myself even crazier with all my expectations and assumptions of myself and others. One of the big things I learned is trusting my gut...knowing what's real (what is) and what is just made up in my mind, helped me conquer relationship and career goals on a deeper level. In fact, during my 3 month experience with Eric I was living one of the most difficult relationship obstacles of my entire life. I can look back on this situation with grace, knowing I had amazing tools and coaching to walk through things with confidence and tact. I will forever consider Eric my Life Coach and highly recommend his teaching to anyone who is willing to do the work.
